(Full Guide) How To Disable The New Whatsapp Status Feature

How to disable whatsApp new status update, whatsapp status update, whatspp trick, whatsapp hack, whatsapp latest update :- Hello guys recently whatsapp roll out new update for user (Status Features) which are mostly hated by many of the whatsApp user. If you want to disable this whatsapp new status features then this post is for you.

                         

Requirements:- 

 ● Rooted Phone.

 ● Es File Explorer or any other Root file Explorer SharedPreferences Editor.


Steps To Follow :-

● Firstly Force Stop Whatsapp before doing any steps.

● (√) For Root Explorers, open the file  '/data/data/com.whatsapp/shared_prefs/co  m.whatsapp_preferences.xml'

(√)  For SharedPreference Editors, select  'WhatsApp' and then select    'com.whatsapp_preferences'.

● Find the key name: 'status_mode' and edit  its value from '1' and make it as '0'.

   Code 1 :-

     

       <int name="status_mode" value="1"/>

Change to :- 

      <int name="status_mode" value="0"/>

      

Note:-  This trick is only working for 2.17.81 version only.Try it in your risk. This is only for educational purpose only.
